I called up to make an appointment to get my children's passports renewed. I have their old passports, birth certs, etc. The nice man on the phone tells me I have everything I need, just bring the application. Both parents and both children need to appear in person. Which weekday (Mondays excepted) between 10:30 am and 12 noon would we care to come?
What part of "children" "school" "unexcused absence" do the schedulers of such things not understand?
