A meandering path through the crafts I follow, undoubtedly touching on other parts of life as well. My name's Elizabeth; I've a husband, two kids, a cat, and an abiding interest in fiber. Mostly this will be about fiber. And gardening, just because.

1.6 Knotty business
Approximately 150 yards of yarn were in a snarl. I'm down to just the last 5 yards or so. I've put it aside because, after two hours of careful untangling, I'm about ready to take a scissors to it. Grrr.

It's worst when you spend ages detangled a completed catsed-up mess of yarn, put it away, and she gets the thing out again and re-catsed it. Then I stake her out for the vultures! (Revenge is sweet - she's having a bath this afternoon but doesn't know it yet....)

Freyalyn's penalty box includes cat bathing -- that's a good one!
